Upon delivery

Our team will promptly deliver your shisha within the designated timeslot. We will also arrange a convenient pick-up time for the equipment. Payment is conveniently taken upon delivery, and we accept cash, card, and online payments for your convenience.

Important Notes

To use our service we require all customers to be 18 and over.

Please refrain from cleaning the shisha pipes, as our team diligently cleans them before each use.

When handling the shisha equipment, it is crucial to always hold the shisha securely by the base. Ensure the shisha head remains upright and keep the coal burner in an open and well-ventilated area.

Any damage to the equipment will incur charges, which will be passed on to the customer. Rest assured; we make every effort to minimize damage fees for our valued customers.

Notorious Shisha cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by users of the service to personal property or venues where we provide our services.
