Yes we take pre-orders! Please call us for availability and your orders. We will aim to accommodate for your time and availability.
We are happy to collect right away after you have enjoyed your smoke. We can also arrange a time later on or on the following day if required.
Yes we are more than happy to set it up for you while you relax! If you need further advice we can offer you support over the phone if you wish to smoke later on in your own time.
If you are ordering to a house then you do not need to pay a deposit. Orders to apartments would incur a £20 deposit per pipe which will be returned in full upon collection.
No need – leave the cleaning to us, just enjoy the smoke! This is part of our service and we do not put any onus on the customer to clean the equipment.
Note – Notorious Shisha are not responsible for any damage to customers property as a result of shisha hire. It is upon the customer to ensure the environment is suitable to set up and smoke shisha.
You must be 18+ to order and smoke shisha. ID will be required for new customers. We may refuse sale if we deem you to be under the age of 18.
We cater for all events and occasions from birthday parties and weddings to corporate events. Call us to enquire further on your event requirements.
Our packages are tailored to the specific needs of your event or booking. Don’t hesitate to enquire, our team are very accommodating!
Deliveries entail a drop and go service with the customer self-servicing, followed by a team member collecting once the customer has enjoyed their shisha.
For events and occasions, the professional events team will be set up with their stall who will prepare the shisha upon order from your guests. We remain present to ensure the shisha is smooth, safe and an enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Booking as early in advance as possible will help to ensure you receive everything you need for your special event. It will also allow us to confirm our availability.
We will charge a refundable 10% deposit for your booking. Deposit is only refundable when cancelled/changed within a reasonable period.
Note – It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the venue/place is appropriate and allowed to have smoking on its premises (inside and outside). We do not take any responsibility for any damage caused however, we have the best practices in place to avoid these situations as much as we can.
